My computer had an issue with Microsoft Office Outlook. I couldn't open it. It had an invalid XML. I contacted technical support. Gio was able to fix the problem remotely. He did an outstanding job. I recommend him 100%.

Raymond did remote session with superb expertise. I never experienced with other major ICT service.
The problem with Windows 7 Pro was known by web experts to be a very tough one - it takes time and very high class ICT knowledge to crack the problem. Raymond tried each and every way to solve the problem - those which require a real expert and thus I did not dare to even try by myself. Raymond really showed in live session that ASR's mission statement "to become the best of the best" is true and is the "normal" services the ASR system provides.
